Want to exchange or return an item? You do this easily and quickly in three steps! You can return your purchase up to 14 days after receipt, and we'll make sure the purchase price is in your account within five business days of receiving the return. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Complete the return form
Download the return form here , and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order back
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address listed on the form. Provide a Track & Trace code on your package. You as the sender are responsible and we want everything to be clear and transparent.

Step 3: Receive your payment back
As soon as we receive the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount will be transferred back into your account within five working days.
